Got Goals?

My 2025 goal is to make goals, ha! Traditionally I've been terrible at writing goals. but I'm a big girl now and I need to start doing big girl things to keep moving forward. I get distracted easily by shiny things so, to focus a few minutes at creating tangible goals is a pretty big task. Goals are different from dreams. I tend to focus on my dreams and forget about the steps needed in order to reach them and I end up just spinning my wheels. Goals should be specific, measurable and tangible. For myself, I plan to write 3 to 4 small goals and one big goal for 2025. Then, I need to remember to refer back to them. I have written goals before and then forgotten about them. I'm not only terrible at writing goals, but I'm terrible with following through with them. You would think after years of being in the fitness industry I would be good at all this. I mean, a lot of my job as a personal trainer back in the day was helping people achieve their goals.
After I write my goals, I'm going to pick the most urgent, time sensitive one and KNOCK IT OUT...BAAM!! It will probably be to finish my next picture book which is already 50% done. Then go onto the next most urgent goal.
Here's my 2025 goals:
Clean up my computer. Delete old files and organize new and important files.
Schedule at least 1 craft show/farmers market event
Finish Fiona Has Too Much Fluff
Look into offset printing
My large goal is to hire a book coach to help me complete my MG novel.
